When will your order ship?

Orders will be processed next business day if ordered after 3pm during normal volume.

Orders take 3-5 business days for shipping excluding Ships Direct items.

Business days are Monday-Friday.

Larger orders will take additional time to process due to order consolidation and may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Expedited shipping options(2 Day Air/Next Day Air) do not include weekend delivery. Orders placed after 3PM on a Friday will not be delivered until Wednesday/Tuesday respectively.

Can I track my shipment?

Ships Direct items

Your item(s) will be processed and shipped by the manufacturer. When your order has been processed through our systems you will see the following message on the Order Status page. "Your item(s) is/are being processed directly from the manufacturer. Please check with Customer Service if you have not received your package in 7-10 business days" Please reach out to us after this time to obtain tracking information as the manufacturer is unable to send it via email.

Please note that for most of these items, order changes and cancellations may not be able to be made prior to the item shipping out.

Delivery Issues:

If you have not received your order in the 7-10 business day window, please contact us.

Business days are Monday-Friday.

If we are not notified within the first 30 days of the ship date, all claims for missing items will be nullified.

International orders may take 10-15 business days to be delivered once shipped.
